At OffGridPro.shop, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your order is not the right fit, please review the policy below and contact our support team before sending anything back.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included parts.
Because power stations, batteries, inverters, generators, and solar equipment may be safety-sensitive products, items that have been installed, wired, modified, damaged through misuse, exposed to liquid, or used outside the manufacturer's instructions may not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Before returning an item, contact us at Support@OffGridPro.shop with your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return. Please include clear photographs if the product arrived damaged or has a performance issue.
We will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions. Do not ship an item back without return authorization. Packages returned without prior approval may be delayed or refused.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the inspection result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
If the returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements, we may reduce the refund amount or return the item to you. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered. Keep the original shipping box, packaging, and product photos until the issue is resolved.
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by shipping damage, a manufacturing defect, or an error on our part, OffGridPro.shop may provide a replacement, replacement part, repair solution, or full refund. When approved, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost and provide further instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to preference, changed circumstances, ordering the wrong product, or other reasons not caused by an OffGridPro.shop error or product defect.
Return shipping is covered by OffGridPro.shop for approved returns involving a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value equipment. OffGridPro.shop is not responsible for items lost or damaged during an unauthorized return shipment.
Order Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation before the order has shipped by emailing Support@OffGridPro.shop as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process above.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by our support team.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
•Products that have been installed, wired, modified, or used.
•Products missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, or included parts.
•Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, neglect, accident, or unauthorized repair.
•Clearance, final-sale, or specially configured products when identified as such at the time of purchase.
•Gift cards and downloadable or digital products, if offered.
Manufacturer warranties may provide separate coverage for eligible defects after the return period. Warranty claims are subject to the applicable manufacturer's terms.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges because inventory can change. If you need a different product, contact us first. We may recommend returning the original item and placing a new order after the return is approved.
